It's about COLOR and FUN!

Proprietress Tawni Gilmer is a quilting enthusiast with a love of bright colors, fun prints, and an admitted addiction to batiks. She is also the self-proclaimed "Queen of Wingin' It"!

Why open a quilt shop in a little place like Interlochen Michigan? Well, we just plain needed one! So many of our customers agree.  Plus, there are so many creative people in the surrounding area. The largest quilt guild in Northern Michigan, Rumpled Quilts Kin, meets in Interlochen. Interlochen is also home to the world renowned Interlochen Center for the Arts; a large and wonderful state park; and is overall a very popular vacation destination.

We hope that you'll come and visit us, whether or not you're a quilter. We would like to encourage and request your feedback and ideas to help us improve.
