Building Blocks

This class is for anyone who has begun quilting, has a good understanding of basic cutting procedures and can keep a good 1/4" seam, but wants to move beyond simple squares and strips.  In this class, you'll learn how to make Friendship stars, Log Cabins, and Flying Geese, variations on each, and explore design options for each block.

Class meets three Fridays, starting March 8 and concluding March 22

Supply List:

A selection of small scale prints and blenders will work best. You will need two lights, two mediums, two darks: 1/3 yard each if you are planning a wall hanging or other small project.  If you wish to make a larger quilt, add more fabrics or and/or purchase larger quantities.  Please press your fabrics before coming to class.
