Machine Quilting with your Walking Foot 1

Nancy P will will teach you to use your walking foot  as an essential tool which simplifies the process of stitching quilt layers together to create a more beautiful finish. You'll get vital tips, tricks, step-by-step instructions, and hands-on practice in this class!
Class time is 10-1

Sewing Machine with Walking Foot installed *
   *check your sewing machine manual to see if you can reduce the presser foot pressure.
Small ruler for measuring
Ruler at least 16" long for drawing lines on blocks
Removeable marking pen or pencil which will show up on your fabric.
3 Quilt sandwiches, AT LEAST 14" square **
  **Please use lightweight cotton batting, no puff batting.
    Make your backing and batting larger than your top fabric.
505 Basing spray (optional, but recommended)
Basting Pins
Thread that contrasts with your top fabric
Machingers gloves (optional)
Optional: "Walk" book by Jacquie Gering
