Sew Fun: Pillowcase Class
This is a perfect follow-up to our Learn-to-Sew Class! You will learn how to make a pillowcase with accent trim between the body and cuff of the pillowcase. You'll also learn how to finish all seams with your choice of French seams or an overlock stitch. The pattern is included with the class.
Supply List:
Quilt Shop Quality Cotton Fabric: 3/4 yard for the body, 1/4 yard for the cuff, and a 2 inch be width of fabric strip for the accent trim.
Mettler or Aurifil 50 weight Cotton thread.
Scissors, straight pins
Sewing machine with manual (If you do not yet have a machine, let us know if you need to borrow one.)
Before class, wind a full bobbin and put it into the machine; install a fresh needle in the machine and thread the machine.
You get a 10% discount on all purchases made the day of class! Come a little early if you will be choosing your fabrics on the day of class.
