Tool School: Basic Rulers and Cutting

Sometimes, those basic rulers still hold a bit of mystery. In this class, we will learn how to get the most out of those basic rulers, and learn good cutting methods using those rulers. Learn how to read the measurement marks, how to use those 30, 60, and 45 degree lines, and more.

Supply List
Basic Rulers: One or more sizes of rectangle rulers. One should be at least 24" long. One or more sizes of square rulers. Any sizes between 5 inch and 12-1/2 inch squares are fine. (We highly recommend Quilter's Select non-slip rulers) Rotary cutter and mat Scrap fabrics for practice cutting
