Tool School: 60 Degree Table Runners
Tool School is focused on two things: 1. Teaching you how to use tools you already own (or want to), and 2. Helping you develop a variety of new skills.
Did you buy, or are you thinking of buying a 60 Degree triangle? A 60 degree triangle is a very useful tool, and can be used for lots of wonderful projects! In this class, we will concentrate of the things you can make with this triangle and a border print. Leftovers can also be used to make trivets, mug rugs, and more!
Supply List:
60 Degree Triangle Ruler (12/12-1/2 inch is best, slightly smaller will work if the border print is not too large)
1-1/2 yards of quilt shop quality border print, 4 to 6 repeats from selvege to selvege.
Easy Striped Table Runner pattern
Sewing machine with manualc
50 to 60 weight cotton thread, coordinating color with the fabric.
Rotary cutter and mat
Scissors, pins
Long acrylic ruler (i.e. 24 inches)
Seam Align Glue (optional)
