New York Beauty

We'll use a printed interfacing foundation for effortless points using a stitch and flip method. And the curves are not pieced, but are done with an applique method!
Supply list:
One Quiltsmart "Liberty Crown" classic pack. (This will make up to a queen size quilt, or can be made into several smaller sizes.)
One fat quarter for each block you will be making. For example, the small wall hanging is 8 blocks, so you would need 8 FQs. The larger wall hanging requires 16. If you are planning to make a bed sized quilt, refer to the Quiltsmart package for the number of blocks/FQs required.
Sewing machine, with manual.
60 or 80 weight thread in a neutral color for piecing.
Invisible (Monopoly) or and assortment of 100 wt threads for appliqueing.
Scissors, rotary cutter and cutting mat, pins
Add-a-quarter Ruler (6" or 12")
Mini Iron and pressing mat OR a "Roll and Press" tool
Fabric Folding Pen or Easy Press Pen with solution.
