Disappearing Blocks

Abracadabra! If you know how to make some basic blocks but would like to up your game, join us to learn about "disappearing" blocks!
In this class, you will learn some amazing ways to turn simple blocks into something far more wonderful and interesting, but without the hard work (or math!) This method takes simple measuring, but no math to figure out the sizes of the pieces needed beyond making the !

 Supply list

Blocks measuring 12-1/2 inches, made with a light neutral and contrasting accent fabrics. Your blocks can be scrappy or planned. Bring 4 (or more) 9-patches; 2 (or more) 4-patch blocks; 1 (or more) pinwheel blocks; 1 (or more) hourglass blocks
Sewing machine, manual, full bobbin and spool of quality cotton thread, and a topstitch needle installed.
Rotary cutter and mat, long acrylic ruler and a square ruler.
Pins, scissors, removeable marking pen/pencil, pen/pencil for notes.
