You will learn how to use your walking foot to simplify the process of quilting to create a more beautiful finished project. You'll get vital tips, tricks, and step-by-step instructions which includes hands-on practice!
   

SUPPLY LIST
Sewing Machine with Walking Foot installed *
   *check your sewing machine manual to see if you can reduce the presser foot pressure.
6.5" x 24" Quilter's Select Ruler for measuring and drawing lines on blocks
Frixion marking pen or pencil which will show up on your fabric.
3 Quilt sandwiches, AT LEAST 14" square **
  **Please use lightweight cotton batting, no puff batting.
    Make your backing and batting larger than your top fabric.
505 Basing spray (optional, but recommended)
Curved Basting Pins
50wt Cotton Thread that contrasts with your top fabric
Machingers gloves (optional)
Optional: "Machine Quilting With Walking Foot" book by Jacquie Gering


Skill Level: Beginner
Skill Details: Before taking this class, you must know how to: wind bobbins; thread your machine; adjust thread tension; install walking foot; select and adjust stitches.
